Xavier Lendoff
Lendof is a seasoned sniper and marksmanship curriculum development director with over 10 years of expertise. He excels in designing, coordinating, and leading advanced sniper marksmanship training specifically tailored to meet personnel, resource, and equipment constraints. His skill set encompasses various areas, including but not limited to Sniper/Marksmanship Training Design, Training Course Coordination, Program of Instruction Development, Directing Sniper/Marksmanship Curriculum, Optimizing Existing Training Programs, and Collaborative Teamwork. Lendof's experience includes roles such as the Sniper Instructor at NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC) and the International Special Training Centre (ISTC). He has also served as a Senior Sniper Team Member/Operator in the US Army Special Missions Unit Recce Troop, as well as a Sniper Team Member/Operator. He has been deployed to various combat zones, functioning as both a sniper team member and a primary sniper. He will be joining forces to work with the Guild team and running our Applied Precision Exigencies (A.P.Ex) course. We are honored to have Xavier on the team, and we look forward to the knowledge and expertise he brings.
Corey Adamski
Adamski began his career in public service in 2007 with a department in Southwest Florida as a firefighter. While working for the department, he obtained his EMT and Paramedic licenses. He also earned an Associate in Fire Science from the College of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Hodges University in Southwest Florida. Additional technical certifications include Fire Service Instructor 3, Fire Investigator, Stop the Bleed Instructor, CPR Instructor, Fire Investigator 2, Fire Officer 2, SWAT School, Sniper School, and multiple Energetic Breaching Courses. Adamski's career has been marked by his versatility and adaptability, as he has worked on various Special Teams. He has been a part of the Technical Rescue Team, the Region 6 County Wide Hazardous Materials and WMD Response team, and joined the SWAT team in 2015. His roles on the SWAT team, including tactical medic, armored vehicle driver, and breacher, highlight his ability to handle diverse responsibilities. His participation in call-outs, scheduled search warrants, dignitary protection details, and task force operations further demonstrate his wide-ranging experience. Adamski can regularly be found teaching precision rifle skills at the local fire academy or the range. Guild Solutions Group is honored to have Adamski as part of the team.
