Chris Palmer

Chris has been a Police Officer in Arizona since 1999. He oversees several firearms programs, is a member of the departments training review committee, and has written policy related to use of force and training. After thousands of entries and multiple lethal force encounters, both success and failure have led to hard lessons learned. He has seen what surviving on luck alone looks like on multiple occasions and that has forged his understanding of what is needed to be successful prior to, during, and after a lethal use of force.

Dustin Mowery

A law enforcement officer and SWAT member for 27 years, with 20 years as a Team Leader. Dustin is an accomplished instructor in Firearms, Defensive Tactics and SWAT operations. Dustin is also the owner and founder of Mowery Tactical Concepts.
