Jeremy Nash

Jeremy started his career in the United States Marine Corps in 2000 as an MP until his honorable discharge in 2004. His career continued in the private security sector for two years until he was hired as a full-time Law Enforcement Officer in 2006, where he continues to serve today. Jeremy worked in a primary patrol capacity until he was selected as a member of the 2nd oldest Special Weapons and Tactics Team in the nation in 2010. In 2012, he was assigned as a breacher, then became the breaching team leader, and remains the assistant team leader for the assault element. Jeremy, one of the country's most experienced Law Enforcement breachers, conducted hundreds, if not thousands, of breaches in his career. Jeremy has attended primary and intermediate breaching schools and completed the Master breacher course. Jeremy is certified as a tactical team leader and ballistic breaching instructor under the NTOA. Jeremy has also been involved in woodland tracking operations, multiple hostage rescues, and dozens of barricaded operations. He provides vast knowledge and experience to Guild Solutions Group for the State of New York and the surrounding areas.

Mathew Potocki

Potocki started his career in corrections within Law Enforcement in 2007. During that time, he was a part of the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) for emergencies. In 2010, he was hired by a major Police Department in upstate New York and worked in a patrol capacity. In 2013, he was selected into the 2nd-oldest Special Weapons and Tactics Team in the country, where he continues to serve today. While he serves as a part of this team, he has also served as an assaulter, breacher, entry TL, Breaching TL, and Training Coordinator. Potocki has executed hundreds of high-risk operations, including barricades, vehicle takedowns, manhunts, site security, civil disorder, and officer-involved shootings. He is also the lead instructor for Tactical Warrant Service School, which serves local, state, and federal agencies. Potocki has conducted breaching training all over the State o New York and holds numerous certifications. These certifications include Physical Fitness Instructor, CQT/Advanced Tactical Team Scenarios, Firearms Instructor, Woodland Tactics, Intermediate Breaching, Response to Suicide Bombings, Surreptitious Entry, Master Breacher, Basic Breacher, SWAT Operators Course, Instructor Development, and more. Potocki continues to serve his community in the above roles and provides a deep level o professionalism and expertise to Guild Solutions Group.
