The Guild Team is a consortium of professional trainers from various backgrounds and disciplines, united under one name to provide some of the best training in the industry. Our team comprises seasoned experts, each bringing unique skills and extensive experience to the table. From former military personnel and law enforcement officers to specialists in various tactical disciplines, our trainers are nationally recognized for their expertise and commitment to excellence.

Guild Team - Shane Foster

Shane Foster

President/Founder
Foster began his career in law enforcement in 2001, gaining exposure and experience in this field. After spending a few years working in the corporate world and serving as an administrator, director, and teacher, he returned to law enforcement in 2007 and continued in this career until 2019. While as a law enforcement officer, Foster gained several certifications, commendations, and the distinguished Award of Valor. He also served as a member of the S.W.A.T. Team, F.T.O., Traffic Interdiction, Homeland Security T.F., and Firearms Instructor for a Metro Memphis Agency (Desoto CO). In 2012, Foster was promoted to Sergeant, and in 2015, he was hired full-time by a privatized training company. He continued his education and journey to become one of the foremost experts on accessing structures. He was positioned as the lead instructor, directing operations at the range, upon his return from a combat deployment in 2018. Foster also served with the 164th Division of the United States Air Force from 2012 to 2019 in the capacity of Security Forces and fly Away Security Operations (F.A.S.T.). He was promoted to Staff Sgt. and was positioned as Assistant NCIC for F.A.S.T. operations in support of O.I.R. & O.F.S. During this time, he deployed to Europe and the Middle East. Foster's career has taken him to 15 countries, where he has served in an operational or advisory capacity. He continues to advise M.I.L., L.E., and GOV agencies worldwide on technical breaching and works for a significant corporation supporting the defense sector and first responders worldwide. He has been teaching and working in leadership capacities for twenty-three years. In 2017, Foster had the idea of bringing together some of the best training cadres in the industry to support the functions of law enforcement, military, government, and civilians. This idea formed the basis of Guild Solutions Group, where Foster serves as President of Operations and supports the Executive team in fulfilling their mission.
