Billy Collins

Regional Instructor
Collins embarked on his Law Enforcement career in 2009, serving as a Patrolman/Swat Operator-Sniper. Presently, he remains dedicated to Law Enforcement in Arkansas, holding positions as an Admin Lieutenant, Swat Team Leader, and Sniper. In addition to his law enforcement background, Collins has military experience, serving in the US Marine Corps as a 0311 Infantry Rifleman and 8541 Scout/Sniper. Collins has gained numerous certifications, including being a Professional Instructor in firearms, tactical shooting, patrol rifle, master pistol, master rifle, pistol mounted rifle, ALERRT ERASE, and CRASE. His collection of firearms certificates has expanded over the years. Moreover, Collins is a competitive athlete, excelling in his age division and reaching the quarter-finals of the CF Games season four times. In 2017, he participated in the World Police & Fire Games in Los Angeles, clinching the second position in his division. Collins holds various Crossfit certificates, such as Level 1&2 Sports Performance Coach, Striking Trainer, Defense Trainer, Weightlifting Trainer, Gymnastics Trainer, and the USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
