The first phase establishes the core fundamentals of manual breaching and target defeat. Students receive extensive practical instruction while learning to identify structural vulnerabilities, evaluate locking systems, and solve breaching problems under operational time constraints.
Training includes:
Manual Breaching (Tactical Rams, Halligan, Pry, Bolt Cutters, Wedges, etc.)
Ballistic Breaching
Power Tool Breaching (Gas & Battery)
Hydraulic Breaching
Exothermic Breaching
Lock Bypass Techniques
Door and Window Construction
Structural Target Analysis
Tool Selection and Employment
Operational Problem Solving
Safety and Risk Management
Rather than just memorizing techniques, students develop a decision-making process that allows them to rapidly assess obstacles and select the most effective breaching solution for the mission.
Agencies may register personnel for the complete eight-day certification or attend individual modules based on operational needs and training objectives.
