2025 GTOA/ATOA Annual Training Conference
March 16-21, 2025, in Columbus, Georgia.

Course Details:
Leadership is more than handing out orders. In a time when most effort is focused on our external skill sets, our ability to remain on mission while considering the unique personalities of our coworkers is more important than ever. Our internal landscapes are often neglected until their state of disrepair becomes disastrous. This course is built upon our Resilient Individuals Strengthen Environments (R.I.S.E.) curriculum and drives that our personal and collective resiliency forms the basis of our performance in all arenas. This single-day, 8-hour course is designed to provide introspection and actionable items for the leader to implement to build personal resiliency, advancement, and development in a way that carries over to team and familial environments. Attendees will participate in multiple individual and team exercises throughout the program designed to remind us of our paths and foster a renewed perspective for dealing with difficulties presented to us personally and operationally. During course breakouts, an established framework for making critical decisions under stress grounded in law, policy, and ethics will be presented and proven.
