Instructional Development Solutions is a unique three (3) day personal growth and development course that focuses on creation, delivery, follow-up, and documentation of instruction. It’s open to all individuals, but specifically catered to First Responders, the Military, and Government Personnel.
This course has been modeled after a professional development curriculum used by major corporations and keynote speakers worldwide, with an emphasis on serving First Responders, Military Personnel, and Government Personnel. While there are many instructor certification courses available, very few tackle the subject of delivery and documentation as IDS does.
IDS will take a coaching perspective and provide real-time feedback on all aspects of instruction, lesson plan creation, delivery, and communication. Here,attendees will be challenged to take an interpersonal look at delivery weaknesses, documentation, and ultimately present professionally in front of their peers.

Program Refund & Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellation sixty (60) days before the program’s start date: Full Refund
– Cancellation fifty-nine (59) days to thirty (30) days before the program’s start date: $100.00 administration fee
– Cancellation twenty-nine (29) days or less: No refund, but it could be credited to another program.
